1 Hour On Site Consultation
We begin every project with a one-hour design consultation. This in-home meeting is tailored to your needs, highly informative, and establishes the foundation for your project. A $200 fee is required upfront and will be applied toward your contract once you decide to move forward with us.

This service is ideal for clients who want KGD to oversee every aspect of their project from start to finish. You’ll receive a comprehensive design package—including space plans, elevations, renderings, mood/design boards, and in-person design meetings. We handle all contractor communication, place and track orders, and extend trade pricing and discounts when applicable. To ensure everything comes together seamlessly, we provide your builder with a fully detailed construction book and specifications so the design is executed exactly as planned.
